Insurance Requirements

An Event Liability Insurance Policy is required for all events. Liquor Liability is required if alcohol is consumed.

Booking

If dates are available on the VRBO/Airbnb calendar, they’re open for booking. Reserve your stay to secure your event date.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

We deliver tables, chairs, and linens (in a storage bin) the day before your event and collect payment (cash or Venmo) at delivery. Chairs are set ceremony-style in front of the palm trees; reception tables are placed in the backyard (arrange as you wish). We return the day after to break down and collect—please clear tables and dispose of trash.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund (per VRBO/Airbnb policies). No separate event deposit—honor system.

Parking

Limited parking, but usually enough if guests carpool or use rideshare. Grass parking allowed except the clearly marked septic area.

Entertainment

Bring your own extension cords for lighting and entertainment equipment; outdoor outlets are available.

Décor & Flowers

Avoid lightweight items (river breeze). Aisle flower petals must be real to protect the river environment.
